You can request a telehealth appointment on truehealthcaremedical.com Just click "Request an appointment" near the top of the screen, then check the box next to "I am interested in a virtual appointment." One of our agents will narrow down the provider search based on telehealth capabilities. Once booked, you will be able to view and access your telehealth appointment in the True Health Healow app and from the True Health website. 

 You can attend your telehealth appointment from any device that has access to your email. When you book a telehealth appointment, you will receive an email with your appointment information and will be able to attend your appointment via the link provided. You will be prompted to log into your True Health patient portal account and will then be connected to your telehealth visit.

 You do not have to see your provider in person before you can attend a telehealth visit. Your telehealth visit can be your first encounter with a provider.
