True Health Accessibility & Privacy Policy

True Health is committed to ensuring that our website, online forms, and telehealth tools are usable by all people, including those with disabilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA and review new pages and features against these standards before launch.
We audit our site quarterly with automated tools and manual screen-reader testing. If you encounter any accessibility barrier, please let us know:
Our site links to third-party platforms (e.g., Zocdoc®, Healow®). While we cannot control their code, we select vendors that publicly commit to WCAG 2.1 AA and work with them to address reported barriers.
Any Protected Health Information (PHI) you enter in online scheduling or intake forms is encrypted in transit and at rest and handled under HIPAA rules. We never sell patient data.
