How can I pay a bill?
Online: Paying online or via the Healow app is the quickest and easiest way to pay a bill.
If you’re paying a bill for yourself, we recommend creating an account for a more personalized experience, which will also allow for quicker access in the future and access to additional features like paying multiple bills at once, saving payment methods, viewing payment history and creating a payment plan for eligible bills.
A payment plan can be created to include outstanding balances for multiple bills that qualify and/or True Health facilities that offer payment plans, with payment being automatically applied to your debit/credit card of choice each month. You can learn more about payment plan eligibility here.
By mail: You can mail in your payment with the payment stub to the appropriate location listed on your bill.
By phone: Based on which facility your bill is from, you can call us at the appropriate phone number below.
